Water Parks

Typhoon Lagoon

One of the two water parks operated by Disney. Its a great place to relax and unwind from the hectic main theme parks, especially on the first day of your holiday as you can just unwind. Take a packed lunch but do use the scanning system for re-fillable drinks; don't forget to save drinking cups and these can be re-used for another day at half the price.

Two separate inner tube rides, huge lazy river, huge wave pool, kiddy area, two types of body slides, water coaster, snorkel with live fish. It shouldn't be over crowded.

Warning, the concrete is hard on your feet. LOTS of concrete steps to get to slides. WORKOUT!

Disney takes pictures mainly at the watercoaster and inner tube rides. $13 for a 5x7. Take an underwater camera. Comes in handy in the snorkel tank and water slides

Blizzard Beach

Located just north of the Disney's All-Star Resorts, this ski resort and water adventure park features several slides and a mini-park for children, or even swimming with the sharks is up to you.
